Out-of-pocket sessions range from $140 - $200. As of January 2024, my sliding scale slots are full.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions at my office, located in North Portland. Availability for in-person appointments are limited.

Individuals (16 and older) and couples who live in Oregon who want to process grief, intimacy after trauma, and/or dissociation in the form of derealization or depersonalization. If you live in Washington, we can also work together if we have sessions in-person.

Sessions feel like talk therapy with non-verbal, creative interventions (experiential and somatic) woven throughout. I work from a trauma-informed and intersectional feminist lens. I encourage you to surround yourself with comforting things during sessions (a favorite blanket, snacks, fidgets, etc) to aid in nervous system regulation

A non-exhaustive list: Anti-racism, liberation, free Palestine, mutual aid, abolition, and radical collective care. Gender affirming care, harm reduction, disability justice, and intersectionality. I am sex positive, sex worker friendly, kink and poly friendly.
